Our policies and information

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Your voucher is valid for 6 months.  Six weeks advance booking is recommended particularly for treatments an hour + to avoid disappointment.  Alternative shorter treatments maybe offered on availability if you have not booked in advance.  Remainder money amounts or part used vouchers will not be extended past the expiry date. Treatments can be changed for an alternative within the expiry date.

Expired vouchers can be extended up to 2 months past the expiry date for a £10 expired voucher fee which will be deducted from your voucher.  After these terms your voucher will be totally invalid.

Vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or other vouchers. If you do not turn up for a booked appointment your voucher will be cancelled as a no show appointment.

Specific treatments on our E online vouchers cannot be exchanged for a different treatment.

Treatments can be booked 3 months in advance.

Under 16’s

Minimum age for treatments in the salon is 13 with a limited range of treatments available. We have designed our Teen Balance treatment range specifically.  Clients under the age of 16 must be attended by a parent for their first appointment to fill out a written parental consent via our in salon consultation. The salon will deem whether treatments are appropriate or not.  Over 16’s will be required to fill out a consent consultation form.

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time for your allocated treatment time. We understand appointments cannot always be kept and life gets in the way sometimes.  If you have to cancel 24 hours notice or more would be much appreciated to allow us to fill a cancelled appointment.  If less than 24 hours cancellation you may incur a late cancellation fee and will only be able to cancel your appointment by calling the salon direct on 01241 855222.

Please be aware if you arrive late for your treatment, we may need to reduce your treatment time or offer you an alternative in order to keep our appointments running to schedule.  If you do not need all your treatment booking time or wish to change your appointment within your allocated time please allow 24 hours notice or telephone us direct.

If you do not show for your appointment our booking system logs this as a no show appointment and you will be unable to book your next appointment online but will have to call the salon direct.  If payment was via voucher, your voucher will be cancelled as a no show appointment to cover the cost of your allocated time.  If this happens twice unfortunately we can no longer take your bookings in future.  Continual cancellations will also result in us no longer being able to treat you at Inner Balance.

Client Courtesy at your appointment

If this is your first visit to Inner Balance please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out our salon consultation form. Treatments cannot be carried out without filling out our written consultation form. Due to the ambiance of the salon,  nature of our treatments and health & safety we advise that small children do not attend with you during your appointment.  To the courtesy of yourself and other clients we advise that you turn off mobile phones or turn them to silent upon entering the salon.
