Your voucher is valid for 6 months from date of purchase, we have written the expiry date on your voucher for your convenience. We highly recommend that you book 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other vouchers. If your voucher is for a specific treatment you may change it for a different treatment to the value of your voucher or use it on the wide range of retail gifts in the salon. To book an appointment with an E voucher you must call the salon on: 01241 855222,
Minimum age for treatments in the salon is 13 with a limited range of treatments available. We have designed our Teen Balance treatment range specifically and these are slightly discounted from the age of 13 to 19. Clients under the age of 16 must be attended by a parent for their first appointment via a written parental consent in a salon consultation. The salon will deem whether treatments are appropriate.
Please arrive on time for your allocated treatment time. We understand appointments cannot always be kept and life gets in the way sometimes. If you have to cancel 24 hours notice or more would be much appreciated to allow us to fill a cancelled appointment. If less than 24 hours cancellation you may incur a late cancellation fee and will only be able to cancel your appointment by calling the salon direct on 01241 855222.
Please be aware if you arrive late for your treatment, we may need to reduce your treatment time or offer you an alternative in order to keep our appointments running to schedule. If you do not need all your treatment booking time or wish to change your appointment within your allocated time please allow 24 hours notice.
If you do not show for your appointment our booking system logs this as a no show appointment. If it happens twice unfortunately we can no longer take your bookings in future. Continual cancellations will also result in us having the right to not take future bookings.
If this is your first visit to Inner Balance please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out our salon consultation form. Treatments cannot be carried out without filling out our written consultation form. Due to the nature of our treatments and health & safety we recommend that small children do not attend with you during your appointment. To the courtesy of yourself and other clients we advise that you turn off mobile phones or turn them to silent upon entering the salon.
