Founded in 2000, Inner Balance is a space for relaxation, renewal and restoring harmony.  Our Celtic inspired logo reflects balance, nature and the elements – capturing the essence of everything we believe in. 

Step inside and you’ll find a warm, welcoming environment where spa tranquility meets salon comfort.  A place to pause, unwind and leave the pressures of everyday life behind. Our experienced therapists offer expert care and personalised treatments, guided by the simple philosophy: helping you return to your own Inner Balance.

Alongside our treatments you’ll discover a curated skincare and gift area.  Our thoughtful designed environment for your comfort and well-being includes 3 treatment rooms, 2 Spa manicure areas and a peaceful relaxation space.  We look forward to welcoming you to Inner Balance

Need to purchase a gift voucher or purchase products? Our salon door is locked during treatments to allow quiet time, relaxation and continuity.  AM opening is only for a short time before treatments begin.

Salon Treatment Times

Our therapists offer treatments Tuesday-Saturday and we recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance (especially treatments over 1 hour).  To maintain a quiet atmosphere, our salon door is looked during our treatment days (our receptionist is in Saturdays). Please arrive at your scheduled time – we will be with you shortly.  If you need to get in touch, please call 01241 855222.
