Deposits, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
To book an appointment at Inner Balance a booking deposit fee is requested per service on day of request. This is non-refundable if less than 24 hours cancellation notice to us is given. This will meani you will lose your booking fee deposit. If you do not turn up for your appointment, you will lose your booking fee deposit and the remainder of your missed appointment will be requested via payment link. If we do not hear from you there will be a temporary ban from booking further with us. Appointments are only confirmed on receipt of booking fee, you will then receive confirmation email of your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment please be aware we may not be able to carry out your full treatment as we may have our next client arriving. There are no reductions for late arrival even if not all your treatment is carried out due to lateness. If you cancel within our 24 hour policy your deposit will revert to a credit, refund requests may take up to 10 days to process. We send out 48 text appointment reminders, allowing you the opportunity to cancel within our 24 hour cancellation policy.

Gift Voucher Terms
Your voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Your expiry date will be written on your voucher. This voucher can be used on treatments and products/gifts in the salon.Advance booking is highly recommended, you can book 6 weeks in advance. If you would like to use your voucher on our online shop you must call or email us direct for a new online code, quoting your gift voucher number and amount. Expired vouchers can be re-activated for up to 1 month past the expiry date for a £10 activation fee that will be taken off your voucher when it is redeemed. After these extended expiry terms, your voucher will then be invalid and can't be extended. Vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or other vouchers. We require a deposit booking fee of £10 per service, please quote your voucher number as this will be taken as payment. If you do not show for your treatment this will incure the full amount of your treatment, invalidating the amount on your voucher.

Locked Door & Client Courtesy
We do not offer walk in appointments, appointment only this allows continuity of our treatments and quiet time for our clients during their treatments. For this reason we operate a locked door during the week appointments. Reception may be open for short times, please check our general Contact Us page for reception/gift shop open times. Generally we have our receptionist in on Saturday's to help you with any purchases or to make appointments. Please wait outside at your allocated treatment time and we will be with your shortly. We will be unable to take you if you are very early for your appointment. Once entering the salon please ensure all mobile phones are on silent, for the courtesy of other salon clients. Please do not bring children with you to your appointment. Due to the ambience, nature of treatments, health & safety and for the courtesy of our other clients who maybe having treatments at the same time.

Under 16's Parental Consent
Minimum age for treatments in the salon is 13. We offer a limited range and not all treatments are available. Please call the salon for further info on treatments available. Parental written consent is required via our in salon consultation and parent/guardian must be present. The salon will deem whether treatments are appropriate or not.
