Marianne's journey began in 1992, with distinctions in Beauty Therapy and Electrical Epilation from City & Guilds of London in 1994. She quickly developed a passion for product ingredients and holistic approach to treatments. In 2000, she combined her expertise and opened Inner Balance. While she initially studied art illustration, enjoys painting and photography and is 1st Dan black belt in traditional Shotokan karate.
Ellie McNally
Senior Beauty Therapist
Ellie's journey with us began in 2011 when she started as a receptionist at the age of 17. While working and studying, she earned her SQA Level 5 & 6 Beauty Therapy qualifications in 2013. Her friendly manner is a hit with our clients. Outside of work, Ellie loves taking walks most days and you will usually see her with her family dog. We were thrilled when she became Mrs. McNally in 2024.
Rosa Silvers
Receptionist
Rosa joined us in Autumn 2025, This is her first job, and she still has a couple of years left in school. She is considering a future path in either journalism or law. A naturally creative person, Rosa has a passion for music particularly piano and guitar and also enjoys drama. has a lovely enthusiastic personality.
