About Us
Inner Balance was founded in 2000 by Marianne Williamson. Our logo is a Celtic design meaning balance that incorporates nature, the elements and reflects very much the Inner Balance feel. Unique experiences, products and treatments to relax, balance – a time spent just for you.
When you come to visit us a warm, friendly, welcoming and inviting space awaits you. A spa feel yet located within a salon setting to make you feel right at home with us. You can escape from the modern lifestyle stresses and forget the outside world while you are with us. Our Inner Balance therapists offer you professional advice, knowledge and updated skill which is a key philosophy at Inner Balance.
At reception you will find our dedicated professional skincare and gift area that complements our treatments. We have 3 treatment therapy rooms, 2 manicure areas and relaxation area that sits between the treatment rooms. Here you can hydrate with some fruit water and in the winter we offer a welcome herbal tea prior to your treatment. Due to the success of our online shop, we have converted one of our other smaller rooms into a packing/online shop area.

Marianne Williamson - Salon Founder
Marianne's Journey started in 1992 with distinctions in City & Guilds of London in Beauty Therapy & Electrical Epilation in 1994. She found a passion in revitalising businesses and researching treatments and product ingredients. So in 2000 brought all her knowledge together and opened Inner Balance. Marianne is a 1st dan black belt in traditional Shotokan karate. Attended illustration at college before she found her passion but to this day still paints, especially nature landscapes.

Ellie McNally - Senior Therapist
Ellie's journey began with us in 2011 as a receptionist and gained valuable experience as she attended college and and she qualified SQA level 5 & 6 Beauty therapy in 2013. Her friendly warm personality is a hit with our clients. She loves walks with her wee dog Ralphie. We were delighted when she became Mrs McNally in September '24.

Gemma Fleming- Receptionist
Gemma started with us in June 2024. She has thoughts of going into health care when she finishes school. She loves dancing, especially acrobatics and jazz. Gemma is learning all that entails working as a receptionist within a busy salon and she is keen to learn. She has a lovely gentle nature and fits in perfectly with our Inner Balance team.
