Deposits, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

A deposit is required to book each service.

  • We take a booking deposit per treatment.  Anything below £24 requires a £10 deposit.  Anything over £25 will be calculated at 40% of the total of the treatment.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you miss your appointment, you forfeit the deposit.
  • Failure to contact us will result in a temporary ban from future bookings.
  • Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent.
  • Arriving late may shorten your treatment time due to other appointments, and no refund will be given for lost time.
  • If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your deposit will be turned into a credit. Refunds must be requested and may take up to 10 days.
  • A text reminder is sent 48 hours before your appointment, allowing you to cancel within the 24-hour policy.
Gift Vouchers
  • Your voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, with the expiry date written on it.
    It can be used for treatments, products, and gifts in the salon.
  • Advance booking is highly recommended, up to 6 weeks in advance.
  • To use your voucher on our online gift shop call or email us for a new code, providing your voucher number and amount.
  • Expired vouchers can be reactivated within 1 month of expiry for a £10 fee, deducted from the voucher value. You will be offered the nearest available date available.
    After this period, the voucher is invalid and cannot be extended.
  • Vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or other vouchers.
    A booking deposit per service is required, using your voucher number as payment.
  • No-shows for your treatment will invalidate the voucher deposit amount.
Arriving to your appointment
  • Our salon is has a locked door to allow quiet time for our clients during their treatment and continuity.
  • We do not offer walk in appointments.
  • Reception may be open for short times, please check our home page for times.  We also have a poster on the salon door explaining this. 
  • Due to our locked door please arrive at your allocated treatment time and we will be with your shortly. We will be unable to take you if you are very early for your appointment.
  • Once entering the salon please ensure all mobile phones are on silent, for the courtesy of other salon clients.
  • Please do not bring children with you to your appointment. Due to the ambience, nature of treatments, health & safety and for the courtesy of our other clients who maybe having treatments at the same time.
  • Minimum age for treatments in the salon is 13.  We only offer a limited range and not all treatments are available. 
  • Please call the salon for further info on treatments available. 
  • Parental written consent is required via our in salon consultation and parent/guardian must be present for their first treatment. 
  • The salon will deem whether treatments are appropriate or not.
